Our Terms & Conditions

1. To have the right in conjunction with or through the supplier, to review the suppliers or sub-contractors documentation required by the applicable QA program standard.

2. To have access to the sub-suppliers premises or working areas, so that the supplier and the suppliers customer can audit, survey and verify that the supplier is conforming to specified requirements.

3. To review and verify requirements for submittal and acceptance of the disposition of non conformances.

4. To not accept substitutions or partial shipments without prior consent or authorization.

5. To include any application test or inspection documentation in shipments.

6. To include, if supplied from outside Canada, commercial invoices listing items, costs and country of origin in an envelope attached to the container and marked with the wording CUSTOM DOCUMENTS ENCLOSED.

7. Terms are 30 days.
